Pasture and trees at golden hour

The first chirp of the morning

First Chirp Farm

A permaculture animal rescue and school for children — restoring land, offering sanctuary, and teaching with both hands in the soil.

What this place is

Land that heals. Animals that stay. Children who learn.

First Chirp Farm is being built as a living system: food growing in guilds, animals living as partners rather than products, and a school where children meet the work of care face to face.

Named for the first sounds of the day — birds, rescued hens, the small voices that arrive with the morning — the farm is a place to practice Earth Care, People Care, and Fair Share.

Hands in living soil

Three strands, one farm

Work with nature, not against it

“The best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago. The second best time is now.”

Shared often in regenerative work — and true of rescues and classrooms too.
